Other than running our little brewing company, I moonlight as a worker in the alcohol beverage industry. I have the opportunity to work with some very big brands and learn from alot of very seasoned people!
Recently the idea of "Testing and Learning" has been a big part of my world and it helps give me clarity for the future of our little beer company.
We're creeping into our third year and cant help to feel like we're in an energy shift not only as a brand but as a craft beer industry. That being so we're going to continue to narrow our focus and find how we make quality beer and get them into more mouths across Florida.
